信息光电子器件团队设有3个主要研究方向：
1. 质体物理学新理论研究
2. 微流控光电子器件的设计、制作及应用研究
3. 人工超材料及微纳结构中新型光场调控物理机制及应用研究
团队现有研究人员6人，均具有博士学位和高级职称，其中，博士生导师1人，硕士生导师5人。目前团队已完成国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省高校自然科学基金、江苏省光通信工程技术研究中心开放课题等科研项目7项，现承担国家自然科学基金2项、南京邮电大学科研项目2项；出版论著2部，发表学术论文30余篇，其中SCI、EI收录20余篇，申请专利30余项，其中授权专利10余项。

The main research directions of Information Optoelectronic Device Team are as follows：
1. New Theoretical Research on Plasm Physics
2. Design, Fabrication, and Application of Microfluidic Optoelectronic Devices
3. Research on Physical Mechanism and Application of New Light Field Control in Artificial Metamaterials and Micro/Nano Structures
There are 6 researchers in the team, they all have doctor degree and senior title. Among them, 1 doctoral supervisor and 5 master supervisors. There are 7 scientific research projects have been completed, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province, Natural Science Foundation of the Jiangsu Higher Education Institutions, Open Subject of Jiangsu Research Center of Optical Communications Engineering & Technology; now there are 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China and 2 Science Foundation of Nanjing University of Posts & Telecommunications are being undertaken. There are 2 books and over 30 academic papers have been published, among them, over 20 papers have been included in SCI and EI. More than 30 patents have been applied, of which more than 10 patents have been granted.
